  • How do I create my account?

    Creating an account at the Liga Portugal Store is very simple. Just follow these steps:

    1 - Start by entering your email address;
    2 - Tell us your name and delivery address;
    3 - Create a password that’s easy to remember;
    4 - Accept our terms and conditions.

    All done! You can now shop at the Liga Portugal Store and access your customer area!

  • To place an order, do I have to create a customer account?

    No, you can place your orders on our online store as a guest.
  • What are the advantages of a customer account?

    When you register your customer account at the Liga Portugal Store, you will enjoy benefits such as:

    • Details of each order;

    • Real-time order tracking;

    • Address history;

    • Exclusive discounts.

  • How do I log in?

    To log in to the Liga Portugal Store, simply enter your email and password.
  • How to recover password?

    Just request a new one! When you log in, click on the "recover password" option, enter your email, and we will send you an email with easy-to-follow instructions to create a new password.
  • How do I delete my account?

    With your Liga Portugal Store account, you can quickly purchase the items you love without having to enter your details every time you place an order.
    However, if you wish to delete your account, go to your Customer Area, and you can delete it yourself.

  • How do I cancel my subscriptions?

    If you wish to cancel a subscription, go to your Customer Area, access the "Subscriptions" tab, and you can manage it yourself.

  • What happens if the item I purchased is out of stock between the date of purchase and processing?

    The probability of this happening is almost zero. However, if it does occur, our Customer Support team will get in touch with you to process the refund.
  • Can I buy online and pick up in store?

    Yes, we offer the "Arena Liga Portugal Pickup" option, where you will receive a notification once your order is available for collection. The order can be picked up in person upon presenting the order confirmation and the pickup code provided after the order has been confirmed and processed.
  • How do I access the invoice for my purchase?

    The invoice will always be available in your Customer Area > Order History. You can download it at any time from there.

    In your order confirmation email, you will also find your invoice attached.

    • If you made your purchase as a guest, the invoice will only be sent by email.

  • How can I get free shipping?

    Mainland Portugal:

    Portuguese Islands:

    International:

  • How can I use a promotional code?

    Occasionally, we offer promotional codes valid for discounts at the Liga Portugal Store.

    If you have a valid promotional code, you can apply it in your cart or during checkout.

  • How can I make a purchase?

    Shopping at the Liga Portugal Store is very easy. If you’ve found what you’re looking for, just follow these steps:

    — Choose the size;
    — Add the item(s) to your shopping cart;
    — Proceed to checkout;
    — Select your address and shipping method;
    — Enter your billing details;
    — Confirm your order;
    — Choose your preferred payment method.

    Now, all you have to do is wait for your order to arrive and support your club!

  • How can I be sure that my purchase has been completed?

    When you complete your order, a success message will appear on your screen, and you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This ensures that everything went smoothly—now you just have to enjoy your purchase!
  • What is Liga Portugal Store's exchange and return policy?

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 30 days.

    You may exercise this right by sending a statement to the email lojaoficial@ligaportugal.pt or by any other means that clearly expresses your intention to withdraw.

    The return costs of the item, in the exact condition of purchase with original tags, are borne by the customer. The contract cannot be withdrawn in the case of products made to consumer specifications or personalized items.

    Unless the customer returns the products to our facilities, they must cover the return shipping costs.

    When returning items, they must be in the following conditions:

    i. Returns at our facilities: The product must be delivered at the reception of Liga Portugal (Rua John Whitehead, n.º 69, 4250-540 Porto) along with the shipment confirmation, which may be presented in digital format.

    ii. Returns via courier: To return the product(s), you must contact us at lojaoficial@ligaportugal.pt so that the item can be sent to the original delivery location. The product must be shipped in the same packaging it was received in, along with a printed copy of the shipment confirmation.

    The refund of the paid amount will be processed via bank transfer within 30 days from the date the returned items are received at the Liga Portugal Store facilities, excluding any incurred delivery costs.




  • What items can't I exchange or return?

    i. Personalized items (name and number and/or badges);

    ii. Items with holographic authenticity seals without the original packaging and/or tag;

    iii. Sealed products that are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery;

    iv. Items that have been used or show signs of use;

    v. Items that are not in perfect resale condition, maintaining the same state in which they were delivered to the final customer.




  • Where is my refund?

    As soon as we receive your items, we will process the return and initiate a refund via bank transfer. We will send you a confirmation email, but it may take up to 30 days to complete your refund.
